Product arrived cracked. It is marked non returnable non refundable. I am trying simply get a replacement but so far no luck. Given this status how can I reccomment the product? Obviously I cannot.UPDATE: I did get a replacement very quickly which was not congruent with the markings. Customer service pulled through and my granddaughter loves it. THANK YOU!
