      -Support team is excellent in chennai and installation was very smooth

      - It comes with a wireless bell which needs to be plugged in an 5 amp socket
      - Bell sound is less compared to traditional bell and we might miss when we are deep asleep
      - Mic function stops working on rare occasion and need to restart the device to make it work again

      Things to consider
      - Get a memory card along with this and that would help you with storage
