My favorite pen of all time. Beware, not your usual super-smooth experience. This one is about control and precision with a perfect pencil-like nib grind. Tines perfectly aligned out of the box. The only downside - to my personal preference - is that the section feels just a tad too tiny. Perfect writing experience makes up for that though.

結論：C極太が原稿用紙に書ける最大の太さですね。普段使いでは、紙面が十分に広いでしょうから、とても書き味もよく、のびのびと極太の字を楽しめます。

C極太は当初チャレンジで買うのを躊躇っていました（太すぎると取り返しが付かないなと）。

デパートで試し書きができるサンプルがあり、全種類書くことができました。

ミュージックの方が太いですが、現実的には、横のストロークが引っかかるので、これは、お遊びペン認定です。

C極太は漢字の書き味についても満足のいくものでした。本当にスラスラかけます。

インクの消費量は多いので、コンバーターで補充していますが、お好みで。

プラチナは、カリカリが嫌いだったのですが、C極太であれば非常に滑らかで、引っかかり０です。

おまけに、プラチナは乾かないので、モンブランのように、月一ドキドキしながら、試し書きしなくても、全く乾いていないので、この点ゲルボールペンの太字で妥協しなければいけなかった、乾いてしまい、メンテが心配なビジネスマンにも安心です。あー、ようやく出会いました。私の万年筆の旅も一先ず終わりになります。

コレクターではないので、無限に探し続けることもできませんので、最後に日本のメーカーで出会えて嬉しい気持ちにもなっています。もう一本はモンブランですが、この２本を大切に、これからも手で書く楽しさを味わいたいと思います。

I am that kind of person that loves thin hairlines and has a very light hand. I thought that this item is for me.

The expression "Ultra Extra Fine" nib for Platinum 3776 Century is just for marketing purpose while its nib actually writes similar to a fine fountain pen or similar to a regular 0.5 mm ball point pen.

For an extra fine line you have to reverse the nib up side down, which is to bed since you can not enjoy yourself watching the beauty of this superb nib design.

In conclusion, "Ultra extra fine" it is a missleading information making you think it will write thiner than an extra fine nib but it will not.

Sorry for purchasing it.

Very bad writing experience.

I love this! The packaging was secure and perfect. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to note that it had a converter inside the pen AND an additional cartridge!! That was really a nice touch. I’d gone and bought a converter as I heard that there won’t be any converter for 3776s usually.

But I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you, seller for the beautiful pen!

I own many quality fountain pens, and this is my favorite!

The Chenonceau White finish is beautiful and serves a very practical purpose for my lifestyle; the crisp white barrel is incredibly easy to spot against the lush greenery of the Florida landscape if I happen to drop it while outdoors. This striking color, complemented by refined gold accents, gives the pen a sophisticated presence.

The writing experience is where this pen truly shines. The 14k gold fine nib is remarkably smooth, providing a consistent and precise line that is ideal for daily correspondence. Furthermore, Platinum's "Slip and Seal" cap technology is fabulous. It prevents the nib from drying out even during long periods of disuse, ensuring the pen writes perfectly the moment it touches paper. Between the high-quality nib and the innovative sealing mechanism, this has quickly become a favorite in my collection.

I was hesitant to purchase a Coarse nib since I couldn't figure out how broad it would be. As someone who uses Double Broads I would enjoy a size between Broad and Coarse but nevertheless, I loved the pen. Weight is perfect for me, like the burgundy-gold combination, nib is lovely and considerably broader than others I own, love the slight translucency of the body. Nib is sufficiently wet and works really well. The gold nib is not soft at all, but I enjoy this quality, it gives me more control if I write in print. The box it came in was nice, wish there was a converter included, but I refilled the cartridge with a syringe with no issues.

Desde hace años buscaba esta versión de Platinum. El color es magnífico y su rendimiento el normal, es decir, bueno, pero no como la versión President. La recomiendo a los amantes de la escritura manuscrita.
