    I bought this in December 28th and been using it 3-4 times a week. My skin has never looked or felt better. It’s easy to clean and charge and love the fact that it’s portable. I’m still unsure if the mask alone is giving me all the benefits or if it’s combined with my skin routine. But so far I’m loving it. I’ll update in a few months.

    Poor quality generic product developed in China with a Kala logo slapped on. Just because the owner puts on a lab coat in a Chinese factory doesn't make him some authority on the subject, it just shows they allowed a Westerner into the factory to make some marketing material.

    You can get a much better face mask from other brands that actually develop in house.

    I'm updating my review because I just got a recall from the government of Canada about this face mask product. Amazon brought it to my attention. It is deemed unsafe, do not buy this brand. Also see below for my first review about this cheap product

    Battery connection to the mask is just a USB port. When you moved it around, it would shut the battery power off because of a weak connection.

    The mask failed after 10 uses. Blue light worked but red light would only work for 1 second then turn off.
    I reached out to Kala suport through email, they cannot send a replacement unit because it was ordered through Amazon. Luckily, I was within the timeframe for returning it with a full refund through Amazon. If this happened four months after purchase I'd be out almost $500.
