I'm very surprised by all the reviews that said this pack did not stick. I did not have that problem at all. Mine stuck quite well!! I suppose if oil got on the adhesive, that would cause the adhesive to not stick well. I poured castor oil in the center of the bandage keeping it away from the adhesive. I put the bandage just above the back of my left hip for back pain. I slept with the bandage on all night and in the morning, when I removed the bandage - ouch! It was a bit painful to remove and it did leave a small mark, but I did not apply heat to the adhesive as it instructs in the ad, so bad on me.
As for the red mark on my skin, I just rubbed castor oil on it and it was gone in no time. This bandage did what it was intended to do and I'm happy with my purchase.

It worked quite well. It was very comfortable while wearing one. It stuck too well! I wore one of the patches for an hour and it hurt to pull it off but only on one side of the patch. These are the perfect size and cover the needed are nicely. The adhesive is very strong and these wraps do not go anywhere no matter how much you move around or pull on it. The pad inside absorbed the oil immediately and it did not transfer through to the outer side. So far, I am very impressed and I really love these huge bandaid wraps.

These giant oversized band aid looking pads are not the friendliest to your skin. When pulling them off it feels like you're ripping your skin off. Might work great skintags, come to think of it. They do keep there hold through the night if you sleep with it on. However, if you put too much castor oil on the pad it will seep through. Gave it a 3 star just because of the skin ripping it does. It actually left red marks in a square shape on my stomach for a few days after using 2 nights in a row. If they make a skin friendly version, I will try it out. Not sure if I will buy again.

Please note that this is just the self adhesive wraps and not pre-oiled cloths. For me this works as you can use your preferred oil on it. They are sticky enough that once they are on, they’re on! Easy enough to remove. I love that because it is a sticky all around you prevent leaks, as opposed to using the wraparounds. Perfect size for liver and gallbladder. If you are new to castor oil and cleanses I would say start with this. If you are over the messiness of wrap arounds, get this! I absolutely love them and will purchase more.
