Listen… TODAY was my first day taking these and BABYYY 😭 they work. Like work work. I like these way more than sea moss vitamins (those hyped me up for about 3 days and then clocked out). Now let me tell on myself real quick, it clearly says take with food. Do I eat breakfast? No. Did I ignore that part? Yes. Was my stomach fighting me shortly after? Absolutely 💀 I ate a few crackers and got my life together, and I was fine. So please don’t be goofy like me! TAKE 👏🏽 THEM 👏🏽 WITH 👏🏽 FOOD. But whew… the energy?? I suddenly feel like Superwoman. I might mess around and clean my toddler’s room on purpose 🫠✨

    We have this on a subscription basis because it works so well my advice would be to eat a little breakfast before you take it because on an empty stomach it seem to make you feel a little nauseous, but with food no problems at all.

But a word of caution: the directions say to take one pill a day with food. Take it with food immediately or eat something before you take the pill. Not 10 minutes later.     I've been out of work for a couple months with a broken leg, and was having issues with my sleep cycle getting messed up because of my lack of activity. I was napping too much and then unable to sleep, or I would get headaches from over sleeping.

    Since I started these I haven't had the need to take a nap. I've felt tired and laid down to 'rest' a couple times. Maybe dozed off for 10 minutes tops. But then when I get up I'm good again.

    Before I'd be taking 2 naps a day and it was taking a toll on me. These have made a huge difference.

    The pills are big- so if you struggle with that this may not be for you. There are a lot of reviews noting people get nauseous. I'm prone to nausea and haven't had too bad or a reaction as long as I eat before taking it. I've gotten a little ick here and there but with it's been manageable.

    I have you used one a day for years. I've used GNC and other brands also. I work in a warehouse 10-12 hr shifts and needed something to help sustain. I was hesitant about using this but I am very impressed with the results. I have used it for 2 weeks and have seen a huge difference. There is no crash and it sticks with you for a ling time. I eat something light and pop a vitamin an im out the door. With in 30 min you are alert, and feel great. Im 47 yrs old and I am thankful I took a chance on this. Its worth every dime and this my everyday multivitamin. This product is worth trying. You will not be disappointed.
