Great DIY Wall Trim That Holds Up Well Over Time

Cutting the corners at a 45° angle with a utility knife took a bit of care, since the material is soft and flexible, so you have to be precise. Once everything was in place, the finish looked really good.
At first, I was a little concerned about the slightly plastic look compared to traditional molding, but in the end it blended well with the rest of my home and didn’t bother me.
The best part is that after about a year, it’s still in place perfectly. It hasn’t peeled, shifted, or come loose at all, which really impressed me.
Overall, it’s a great option if you want to add decorative wall details without a complicated installation.

Pros: easy to use!
This item was a lifesaver saver! I bought this as an alternative to wood since I don’t have a saw. I was able to cut it with scissors and paint it before I put in the wall. It took about to coats of paint to get attainable look. Easy to use for corners! I used it for a trim on top of my bead board.
Cons: if you stick onto wallpaper you may have to use a nail gun or it will peel off wallpaper on corners!

This trim added a finished look to my bathroom revamp. It was very easy to install, because of the flexibility of the material no need to use a miter saw, just a good pair of scissors or utility knife will do it. My only concern is how well it cleans because it has a rubber feel to it.
