I picked this up mainly to help with sleep and relaxation, and I’ve actually noticed a difference. It seems to help me wind down at night and fall asleep a bit easier, which was exactly what I was looking for. From what I’ve learned, magnesium glycinate is known for being a more gentle, highly absorbable form of magnesium and is often used for calming the nervous system and supporting sleep. The capsules are on the larger side, but not overly difficult to take. I didn’t have any stomach issues, which I know can sometimes happen with other types of magnesium. Overall, I think it’s a good value for the price, especially for how well it works. I’ll likely continue using it and repurchase.

    My doctor recommended for me to take a magnesium supplement because my magnesium levels were low, I'd get muscle cramps when I would do anything physical and alot of times when doing nothing at all. The leg cramps at night during sleep were unbearable. Nature's Bounty Magnesium glycinate by far is the best Magnesium supplement i have found. I have tried others that caused upset stomach and 1 that caused diarrhea. These have no side affects. I love that it comes with a 2 month supply. Great value for the money. I take 1 in the morning and 1 before bed. The 1 in the morning definitely helps with muscle relaxation after a very active day and no more cramping. I also noticed it helped with my anxiety. The 1 before bed helps with sleep reducing my insomnia. I wake up feeling well rested and my leg cramps during sleep are gone. Its great that it supports heart, nerve and bone health. I love that they are gluten free and easy to swallow. My magnesium levels are normal now and no more cramping.
