CONNECTIONS – Arlene Milgram

Connections is about the way works connect even when done in different media, orientation, and purpose.  The connection is always the artist’s singular energy. It is evidenced by mark making as personal as a fingerprint.  The speed, size, emotion and force of each mark is the trail leading to a specific individual and to the state of mind of the artist.  In a sense, we are the marks we make.
