SECATT启动模式缺失

因需要使用SeCatt在新系统中批导数据，但发现UI Control页中没有TCD Start mode字段，没办法使用前景模式调试，如两图的比较：

找了好久，终于在SAP OSS上找到相关的漏子：

SAP Note 1138798 - eCATT cannot be executed due to missing start options

Summary
Symptom
On the initial screen to start eCATT test scripts and eCATT test
configurations, some options or input fields are missing after you import
SAP Basis Support Packages.
Input fields in the "UI Control" section are missing, in particular options
to execute TCD.
You can no longer start tests using specific options because attributes are
missing on the start options screens.

按这个漏子打上补丁即可。
