When I watched this the first time, I went in so blind. I had seen half of the first trailer released and outside of that all I knew was Leonardo Di Caprio was in it.

So when it came to watching it, I had no idea what was going on. Well, I did but it wasn’t what I was expected and was a lot to take in. I enjoyed it a lot don’t get me wrong, but I checked my…

Beautiful, ain’t it?

I don’t think I’ve seen a film able to say so much, without most characters saying nothing at all.

Because when you look…

Blah blah this film is the best thing ever made blah blah blah. We all know this. Instead here’s some random musings I had during this time watching.

1) Ryan Gosling has many desirable qualities, but man he can wear a suit. Has a man ever looked better in one? I don’t think so.

2) The scene where they hold hands for the first time in the cinema is amazing. I’ve never really noticed it but it’s so well done…
