The position of mod is pretty important, and I dont mean haivng to login everyday and make sure everything is running smoothly, I mean that it does have to take up some of your time, just checking posts now and again, promotion, being able to answer a question, or be able to find resources to help find information, etc. It's not as glamorous as some people make you think in other communities, you have to know the rules, and be able to handle conflict, etc. The ideal person would be anyone who has general knowledge in the area of CBT, as thats what this community is about, and by that, just read the intro to cbt I posted back in the long long ago, and feel free to ask me questions, or find other resources online, etc. Also this person should be willing to spend a few hours each week just checking in and updates, etc. This community is private, and being private a mod must approve users, currently I have it set to approval because there were a few conflicts early on and it keeps robots, etc out. Lurkers are welcome here, and for that reason most of the post here should be public, and comments open to anonymous, so you have to check on some commenting, and deal with anything that might happen to be innapropriate, etc. I know I've gone on a little here, and I don't want to bore you, so if you're interested, just email me, or comment with your email and I'll get you the application. I don't know how much of a response I will get from this, and have left it open for possibly more than 1 co mod. And remember as a mod you have to take an active part in discussions, posts, and comments, so you have to be willing to act accordingly.
