- I don't feel confident removing the link/banning the account. Yes, the account does not seem like a regular user, but the website is not per se spam. It's not advertising something, nor does it promote ToU-violating things. As long as this account doesn't do anything further than that, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and won't act on your report. Thank you nonetheless! --
