It is beach time!

From the Greenwich beaches to the Fairfield beaches, here is all you need to need about getting your beach pass.

Entrance to the Westport and most local beaches is free and open to the public except from May 1 to Sept. 30.

WESTPORT

Parking emblems go on sale tomorrow, March 13th, in Westport.  PURCHASE

  • Compo Beach - May 1 to Sept. 30

During the season Compo Beach and Burying Hill Beach may be accessed by paying a daily fee at the gate. Access to Old Mill Beach is for residents only who have purchased a current parking emblem.


WESTON RESIDENTS

Non-Resident parking emblems for Compo Beach will be available for purchase for $545 plus sales tax as of Wednesday, March 13, 2024 online.

During the season emblems will be available for purchase online and at the Westport Parks and Recreation office through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • Customers must bring a valid driver's license and a copy of the current vehicle registration. 

The Westport daily fee may be paid at the gate as of May 1st, $45 weekday/$70 weekend/holiday.

GREENWICH: Required from May 1 - October 31.

OnePass is the all-in-one seasonal pass for parks, golf, tennis & pickleball and marine facility privileges that is renewed by residents annually with the pass options they would like to purchase.

FAIRFIELD

Beach passes are available to residents and non-residents. Check out all the information here


DARIEN

The Parks and Recreation Department will be accepting applications for beach permits starting March 6th at 10am. Stickers are available to Darien residents and taxpayers only. Proof of residency must be presented in the form of current motor vehicle registration to Darien address.

NORWALK

To park at the Norwalk beach and parks (Veteran’s Park, Cranbury Park, Taylor Farm, Calf Pasture, and Shady Beaches): 

First- After April 1st every year you will verify that your Norwalk registered vehicle is on our grand list. https://hub.norwalkct.gov/passes/ If it is, you are all set! There is no paper pass or sticker for the beach and parks, we will scan your plate number after you park. If you are a Norwalk resident and your car is NOT registered to Norwalk you can purchase a Beach and Parks pass for the season for $250.00. Details here
