Tulip Trundle: Steps for Spring
Why Take Part?
Every step you take during Tulip Trundle: Steps for Spring helps us continue supporting anyone affected by ectopic pregnancy.
Ectopic pregnancy affects around 1 in 80 pregnancies in the UK. It can be life-threatening and is often deeply traumatic.
By signing up, you’re helping to fund:
-
Trusted, evidence-based information for those navigating symptoms, diagnosis and treatment
-
A compassionate online community where people can share their experiences safely
-
Awareness work with healthcare professionals to improve understanding of ectopic pregnancy
-
Campaigns that push for earlier diagnosis and better care
Your participation helps make sure no one feels alone at one of the most frightening and uncertain moments of their life.
Choose your challenge
The EPT Tulip Trundle: Steps for Spring is designed to be flexible, so you can take part in a way that works for you. Click one of the following options to register:
🏃 5K Walk or Run
Complete a total of 5 kilometres during the challenge dates.
You can do it all at once or break it up into smaller walks or runs across several days. Take part wherever suits you best.
🏃♀️ 10K Walk or Run
Complete a total of 10 kilometres during the challenge period.
You might choose to do it in one go, or spread the distance across multiple days. Go at your own pace and make it work for you.
🏃5,000 Steps a Day
Commit to walking at least 5,000 steps every day throughout the challenge dates.
This is a great option if you prefer building movement into your daily routine rather than completing one longer distance.
🏃♀️10,000 Steps a Day
Aim for 10,000 steps every day during the challenge period.
Perfect if you’d like a bigger daily goal and a steady challenge across the full event timeframe.
Your £15 registration* helps us continue this work, and your involvement raises vital awareness simply by starting conversations.
*To receive a finishers gift please ensure you register seperately if taking part as a team. Registration is open to both UK and international challengers, please note that finishers gifts can only be posted within the UK, international challengers will receive a digital certificate.
