Khalid bin Abdullah bin Saidan is a Saudi real estate executive and civil engineer. He serves as Executive Director of Bin Saedan Real Estate Services and is a member of the boards of Abdullah Mohammed Bin Saedan & Sons Real Estate Company and Prime Estates.
Education
[edit]Bin Saidan studied civil engineering at Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2018. He later earned a master's degree in International Business Management with Project Management from Kingston University London in 2020.[1]
Career
[edit]Bin Saidan began his professional career within the Bin Saidan family's real estate businesses. His professional experience has included corporate operations, project management and real estate services. He worked in project management at Affordable House Company before moving into senior leadership at Bin Saedan Real Estate Services. The company operates in areas including real estate marketing, brokerage, property management and real estate auctions.[2] Bin Saidan also serves as a member of the board of directors of Abdullah Mohammed Bin Saedan & Sons Real Estate Company and Prime Estates.[3][4]
Views on the Saudi real estate market
[edit]Bin Saidan has described the Saudi real estate market as becoming increasingly specialized, with greater emphasis on professional services, transparency, technology and data. He has also said that buyers and investors have become more informed in evaluating property and increasingly consider factors beyond the property itself, including accessibility, services, operating costs and long-term value.[5]
Discussing his approach to real estate development, Bin Saidan has said that his education in civil engineering gave him a technical and analytical perspective, while his postgraduate studies in international business and project management provided a broader commercial and organizational perspective.[6]
