Mojtaba Fakhrian (Persian: مجتبی فخریان; born 15 May 2003) is an Iranian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Persepolis and is currently on loan at Gol Gohar in the Persian Gulf Pro League.

[edit]Fakhrian was born on 15 May 2003 in Buin Zahra, Qazvin Province, Iran. He developed through the youth systems of Paykan F.C. and FC KIA before beginning his senior career.
Club career
[edit]Aluminium Arak
[edit]Fakhrian made his senior debut with Aluminium Arak F.C. during the 2022–23 Persian Gulf Pro League season. According to FBref, he made three league appearances for the club.[1]
Shams Azar
[edit]Fakhrian joined Shams Azar F.C. and played two seasons for the club in the Persian Gulf Pro League. In the 2023–24 season, he made 16 league appearances and scored three goals. In the 2024–25 season, he made 23 league appearances and scored four goals.[1]
His performances attracted attention from Persepolis, and he joined the Tehran-based club in 2025. Transfermarkt lists his Persepolis contract as beginning on 1 July 2025 and running until 30 June 2028.[2]

[edit]Fakhrian made one league appearance for Persepolis during the 2025–26 season.[1]
Malavan
[edit]In January 2026, Fakhrian joined Malavan F.C. on loan from Persepolis. Transfermarkt records the loan as beginning on 17 January 2026 and ending on 30 June 2026.[3]
He made four league appearances and scored one goal for Malavan during the 2025–26 season.[1]
Gol Gohar
[edit]After returning to Persepolis, Fakhrian joined Gol Gohar on loan for the 2026–27 season. Transfermarkt lists the move as a loan transfer from Persepolis.[4]
