Is there any way to get catgirls in the demo version? I've noticed that it says upgrading the colony gives higher chance of rarer monster girls, but I'm not clear on whether that means race, genes, or what.
Is there any chance an option can be added to keep the music playing while the game is out of focus? I absolutely adore the soundtrack and would love to keep listening to it while I'm tabbed away.
Ero Hunters from Itch (updated, latest available, not sure if it's 1.0 or 0.9.7) works on Steam Deck like a charm (with ProtonGE 10-25).
Version 1.0.0 MonsterGirl Hunters from Steam doesn't launch on SteamDeck. Crashes after "Godette engine " intro screen (sometimes after resolution change attempt if it's set to "default " as I see game tries to set higher resolution, as after second intro screen fits only 80%, so probably it tries to set 1080p, bigger than SteamDeck 720p, with 100% scaling which pushes part of image outside of visible area) . Without ProtonGE, with ProtonGE, without patch, with patch, with default resolution and manually set native resolution, nothing helps.
Tried compatibility mode as well, not sure what it changes but it didn't helped as well.
Unfortunate. Was glad I could launch and update via Steam natively, but it seems it's not ready for SteamDeck yet.
If the Itch version works, but the Steam version doesn't, it's probably due to the extra Steam API stuff. Removing the libgodot and steam_api file would fix it then.
The only thing it does is try to play the game through Steam if it's installed there (and Cloud Saves), so removing it shouldn't impact anything negatively and might get the game to work.
Deleted two files you specified, and after it Steam version indeed launched normally. Not in compatibility mode, without ProtonGE. With default settings, per say.
Launched via SteamOS gaming mode normally, even without these files.
Added Steam patch, no issues as well. Both main file and patch shown on top right in menu as 1.0 version.

This game is amazing. It's very cute and has tons of bondage and customization for the characters and equipment. I love all of the mechanics implemented so far, though I still have much to learn.
I do have a question for the dev though, are there plans on making an apk version to download? It works great on my ancient android with the web version, but every time it gets an update, my saves are erased, even if it's still the same version on the web. A great game I don't mind restarting a few times, but I'd like to see how far I can get, and don't get much opportunities to play on my pc these days.
The new tutorial doesn't seem recognize that I'm importing carrots (That, or it's meant to say I need to import 1.0 carrot/s, which seems like an awful lot for a tutorial step? That's 5 trading posts (50k mana) and having to use all the rotummer fertile land for a step that comes after catching 1 rabbit)

i thought this was going to genuinely be fun. then my first experience with a dungeon and the fact i cant target any of my people''s attacks meanwhile he enemy focus fires my front line into pieces and just obliterates me no matter the difficulty. WHY THE FUCK WHY WOULD I WANT THE ARROW TO RANDOMLY SHOOT THE FUCKER THREE TARGETS BACK AT FULL HEALTH WHEN I HAVE SOME ONE AT HALF HEALTH RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY TEAM ABOUT TO KILL MY FRONT GUARD?! cant even target the punch like it shows the red lins for an instant before it just ignores me and auto targets any fucking ways so i wont be playing this one any more. hope you de-win11 your game

I have a question. When I enter a dungeon or when a battle begins, the game slows down quite a bit. Is there a setting to slow down the loading time just for that?
Why did you nerf the ability to catch monstergirls to this extent? The previous catchrate was fine. Now the odds of catching a level two ratgirl with 130 compliance and 3 health with the settings to increase the catchrate are 13% so either you have a bug or you nerfed it way to much.
Then there might be a bug. Compliance was that high because the ratgirl had those black mitts and shock shackles on. I had the setting on that was supposed to make the catchrates higher.
There was a bug where the catchrate rule worked in reverse. Easy catching would make the catches harder and vice versa. That's probably what you encountered.
Updating to the latest version (>=0.5.5) should fix it automatically.

I loaded my game from before there were difficulty options into the Steam release, and it set everything to the default.
Is it possible to change difficulty options?

Whenever i try to open the game, it crashes when rendering combat, right after the swords go away. I'm playing on linux 20.04.4 'Focal'.
Notably, this does NOT happen when i open the web version.

Something strange. Manual saves can't be loaded for some reasons (the loading screen just stops moving).
Thankfully, loading autosaves works just fine.

No, Steam really dislikes games that can have NSFW mods.

Go to the Settings, you'll find a link to your save files. Copy those over to the new PC.

I have no plans to make an Android version, it would be too much work to adapt the UI and I'd have no way of actually testing the game on Android.
The web version should normally save your saves between versions though, weird.

Catchrates have not been changed, except for the miniboss encounters at the end of dungeons.

When you hover over catchrate, the calculation is show.
