Merchant Video

  • Do not hot-swap microSD cards. Insert/remove only when the device is off. Format the card before use, or the video may not save, and continuous recording may fail.

  • No. You must use a 5V/2A power adapter to ensure stable and reliable operation.

  • HomeBase Mini supports eufyCam C35, SoloCam, video doorbells (C30/E340/C31), Indoor Cam Dual and Pan/Tilt 4K, Floodlight 3K/2K, and eufy motion/entry sensors. Firmware updates may be required. Model and PN details are listed in the safety document.

  • Open or update the eufy App. Power on HomeBase Mini with the original adapter and connect the network cable. In the App, scan the code on the device to add it. Charge eufyCam C35, scan its code, and select Connect to HomeBase.

  • eufyCam C35 has no built-in storage. Use microSD cards (up to 256 GB) or HomeBase Mini with 8 GB eMMC and support microSD up to 1 TB. Part of the eMMC is used for firmware, so it’s less than 8 GB.

      I purchased these for my garage in back, patio & front door. They are easy to set up, usb charging, & easy review with dharing & download. There are many settings for motion of ppl, pets, vehicle & other with sound; 2 way talk & storage of 128gb per camera with the option of expanding storage in the homebase. Video is very clear. The bases can be placed magnetically instead of drilling in screws. The system was a very good price for a high quality system! Batteries have already lasted 3 months with constant activity. Very reliable coverage!

      Absolutely love this eufyCam C35 kit. The biggest reason I’m giving it 5 stars is the battery life — it lasts a really long time and I’m not constantly thinking about charging. The fact that it’s wireless also makes installation super easy, since you can mount the cameras pretty much anywhere without dealing with wiring or outlets.

      Video quality is excellent, and the cameras have been reliable so far with solid motion detection. I also really like that it offers local storage with no monthly fee, which is a big plus compared to a lot of other systems.

      Overall, great system if you want a clean install, flexible placement, and strong battery performance.

      Great little cameras. It would get a five rating except that the battery power lasted a month until needing recharging. Otherwise it works pretty well. I had an existing EUFY camera that seamlessly integrated with the new cameras. With that being said, compatibility was perfect. You will need to buy memory cards for each camera, which aren't included. Night vision works ok. I've only seen a local kitty cat and a few squirrels but it's piece of mind. Sound quality is ok for what it is. It's not like you're gonna have a conversation with someone stalking you!

      I reviewed home security cameras for a long time since I needed to replace Arlo cameras for their monthly charges for upgrade and use of camera. I found Eufy which has no monthly charges. I bought the kit with 4 cameras and mini hub plus additional 2 cameras. The delivery was quick and all the cameras had a charge and worked. Installation was simple and instructions are clear and included with the cameras. I was able to connect to my iPhone through app without difficulty. Connection to the mini hub was immediate and more simple than the Arlo I had before. Eufy camera has the secure storage I wanted with no ads. The pictures are great and notification of person or animal on my property not as immediate as the Arlo I had but close and accurate. Mounting on the house is easy with screws and plastic plate. The magnetic base is strong and allows for charging with simple removal and replacement. For 3 of the cameras I was able to magnetically attach to my front and back doors and shed since they are steel construction. The night pictures are clear but black and white. I have not been able to review past histories. I am able to see current activity from each of the 6 cameras as I select. So yes you can use more than 4 cameras with one mini hub. I do not have solar attached (not able to attach one as well) but it is keeping a good charge on each camera. Simple to charge with included charge cables. The cables are compatible with the Apple USB hub I hub I have for my Apple iPhone jack. Price was much more affordable at little over $300 for 6 cameras plus Amazon insurance. Compared to similar home cameras I was pricing over $600 that have questionable security like Arlo I had. No problem with any of the cameras connectivity but I would purchase insurance because it is a camera and is exposed to weather. I am happy with this purchase.

      this was an excellent buy. I purchased it from eufy.com. I received an offer for two cameras plus the mini base. Which works on Wi-Fi or the ethernet. It only cost $79. The camera is great. Excellent for indoor use. The cameras are made to easily change the area of view. They have a magnet on the back which easily clips into the small hole on the back. Comes with a small USB charger. So when the camera gets low on energy. It just take it down from wherever you have it magnetically attached to. Then just use the USB to charge it. I took the color black. It is a little harder to find it if you have a darker area. It does have motion detection. It also has a light if you want it on to alert or scare away a person. All in all this is one of the Best Buy is that EUFY has put out since I first purchased with them on Kickstarter about eight years ago. I 100% recommend this product. But I wouldn’t get it from Amazon. I would get it from eufy.com. Warranty reasons.

      After owning a bigger brands cameras (Ring) and not overly loving them after all the years we read the reviews of these cameras and then they had a great sale we bought them. With the 1 star reviews saying the set up was the only major problem for some people we were afraid of that. We have not opted for the storage subscription also and honestly we like them. We were very sceptical about them but they have pleasantly surprised us. The set up was a bit difficult but once i figured out the issue everything was super quick so I’d say be patient while setting them up it was user error on our part. The only thing i wish I had know is that the hub has to be a wired connection to your router while set up only if you choose. Which kinda upset me because if someone cannot wire a connection it could be frustrating and impossible to connect it. But once it is connected to your account on the app easily change the setting and set it up as a wireless connection. Also when choosing a Micro SD card make sure its a fast processing speed or it wont format to expand your storage. We have been using them in the Canadian winter so far and the battery has only gone down about 5% (One week) but if you can have a long cord to have them plugged in all the time thats an option. The view isn’t super wide but the night vision is the best I have seen and you can actually read a license plate… but keep in mind it would depend on your setting for quality overall/connection. Overall we will be completely switching over from their competitor indefinitely and would recommend these little mighty cameras to anyone.

      I want live feed viewable at all times via pc and phone.
      This is impossible with this set up.
      Also the cameras don't zoom.
      I truly don't understand all the reviews praising the picture quality. It's blurry. Period.
