Richard Miller Flanagan (s. 1961 Longford, Tasmania, Australia)[1] on australialainen kirjailija. Hän sai vuonna 2014 Booker-palkinnon romaanistaan The Narrow Road to the Deep North (2013). Kirja kertoo Thaimaan ja Burman välisestä kuoleman rautatiestä. Flanaganin teoksia ei ole suomennettu.[2]
