🔆 Booking Process
ALL-INCLUSIVE BOOKINGS - the fun (but important!) details ☀️✈️

When you ask for a quote, be ready to book it! The first option I send is usually the best price, and packages with flights can change or become unavailable super fast if a deposit isn’t placed.

Once I send your itinerary, locking it in right away = best move! 

💰 Most 4+ day all-inclusives start around $1,400+ per person (including flights)
⏱️ Prices can change even within 30 minutes-nothing is guaranteed until your deposit is in!

To book, I’ll need:
• Passport copy(s)
• Completed credit authorization form(s)
• Deposit to secure your spot

  • Group trips (11+ rooms):
These are contracted bookings ✍️ everyone must be fully committed. If the group drops below 11 rooms, penalties $$ apply

  • Disney Trips! Varies. Please supply all names of travelers, ages and home address to provide quotes

  • A few quick heads-ups:
    • Trips are non-refundable after 24 hours
    • Travel insurance is highly recommended (covers cancellations, delays, etc.)
    • Removing a traveler = higher cost for remaining guests
    • No name changes or substitutions after booking

However, If your FIRST quote doesn't meet your needs, you've decided to choose a different location, or you're interested in exploring other all-inclusive resorts that require additional research, a $45 non-refundable professional research service fee will be charged by GLADgetways for all potential clients.

The fee is due before any vacation planning begins. I’ll send you a Venmo authorization for the $45, and once paid, I’ll provide your all-inclusive quote within 48 business hours. No refunds are given, no acceptations. due to Venmo scams.

1st ITALY itinerary is FREE, 2nd Italy tour itinerary revised: $50 (refundable if booked within 1 week). These may take 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity.
