• Swaps out the tail plugin in host-log.conf with systemd to facilitate collecting host logs from AL2023 nodes.
• NOTE: systemd tracks the journald cursor differently compared to how tail tracks the offset in the database. If you are upgrading from a previously installed version, if you then decide to downgrade back to an older version, you need to clear out the database files (either directly or via an init-container) so as to not re-publish the systemd processed logs via tail (from its previously stored offset).
