Network lost issues

There were various cases where the Zigbee network configuration got scrambled (invalidated PANID, Channel or Network key), resulting in a non operational network. A related bug was in the firmware and fixed with version 2.05.60.

It is possible to fix the invalid configuration manually but this is a time consuming task. Version 2.05.60 introduces a new page zigbee configuration which allows you to:

  • Review the current and previous network settings
  • Restore previous network configuration parameters if needed

Important The page is currently a hidden option. To open the Zigbee configuration page visit the gateway settings and Alt + Click on the Advanced Settings icon. If accessing Phoscon from Linux it is necessary to use Alt + Shift + Click. On MacOS use option + Click.
