Issue cleanup done, 572 => 159

Hey folks,

You may have seen me commenting on your issues lately.

Quick story time: my journey with Fooocus started in October as a user, when i set up Fooocus on my private machine the first time.
On October 29, the first PR has been merged (#812).
In December i noticed that many issues are similar if not exactly the same, which is why after a few more contributions i asked to get the collaborator role, which was granted on December 28.

Here we are, 5 days later the cleanup is now finished and we're down 413 issues from 572 to 159.
Over 90% of issues (closed and remaining) have been commented and all remaining issues were tagged with relevant labels.
During the cleanup period, 2 issues could directly be solved and PRs have been created (#1631 & #1668), a few more may follow in the next few days after a small break.

Stats as of the insights dashboard:

Huge shoutout to all the active community members helping another in the issues & PRs, providing new features and obviously @lllyasviel for providing new features and bugfixes (also during the holidays / new year period), e.g. for bringing down required specs for AMD GPUs from 16GB to 8GB VRAM.
