"Herr Karl Baumann ist auf Grund der vor dem amtlich anerkannten Sachverständigen Herrn Ingenieur Stiegler bei der bad. Gesellschaft zur Überprüfung von Dampfkesseln in Offenburg am 27. Mai 1920 abgelegten Prüfung ermächtigt, einen Kraftwagen mit (Motor) Verbrennungsmotor Klasse 3b zu führen.
