Hey there! My name is Tee. I'm a transmasc demiboy and this summer I will be getting top surgery, which I am beyond happy about. This has been a long time coming. Unfortunately, there are a lot of expenses that I will be responsible for. I hate asking for money, but this is something that is too important for me and needs to happen, so its worth asking. Here it goes. I do get short term disability pay with my full-time job, but it's only 75% of my usual wage. Finances are already a bit tight and my savings account isn't in a stable place yet, so 75% will not cover everything for the minimum of 6 weeks that I will be out of work. Also, while my insurance does cover gender affirming care, I do have a portion that I will be responsible for. My goal here is to at least raise enough for 1 months worth of my usual expenses and at least part of what my insurance will not cover for my surgery. I don't think I can fully put into words how much I appreciate any help I can receive. Any little bit helps. Thank you so much for all of your help!
