frapplot: Automatic Data Processing and Visualization for FRAP

Automatically process Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching (FRAP) data and generate consistent, publishable figures. Note: this package does not replace 'ImageJ' (or its equivalence) in raw image quantification. Some references about the methods: Sprague, Brian L.
