My brain's disjointed
Hanging at right angles
and tiptoeing about
My body's a mutiny
an internal combustion
wanting to come out
My skin is a tingling
broiling sensation
I'm not sure what that's about
But it all goes away when I see you
The lust for chocolate pudding
the lazy, bored feeling,
the wish I were being
anywhere anywhere else
I wonder where my other sock has gone
My brain's a little slow
So I'm filling up with brownies
And drinking down the milk
And wondering why you love me
and if I ever will
Listening to rock
soothes my nerves
Something 'bout the beat
So superficial
Right there on the surface
