Harry Takes Control Fic

I'm looking for a fic where Harry Takes Control of his life and finds out about all of Dumbledore's manipulations. I remember only one specific scene. Harry Finds out that Dumbledore made Elphias Doge (I think) the Potter Wizengamont Seat Proxy and goes to find Doge. He finds him at his work and fires him. Doge tries to say that only Dumbledore or Lord Potter can fire him. Harry reveals he is Lord Potter and successfully fires him. I know this isn't much to go on, but I need help. Please and Thank you
