Thanks for the reply - I found the bed again, and an ending to go with it, but am intrigued about opening up the chapel now. Any hints for its key? I've got the crowbar and barometer, but haven't opened the shed yet either.

Just had to say that I've been sucked into this lovely piece - the closest thing to a walking sim in pulp yet? Great writing fostering a lovely sense of just wandering, exploring, uncovering...

Two questions - 

One, is there an ending of any sorts? I feel like I've discovered 90% of the game but always feels like there's more to find...

Thanks for the encouraging words and great feedback! I'm aiming to roll out a slightly easier version once the voting finishes, and then focus on more beta testing for a more polished version later - it wouldbe nice to spend some time back on level design as well. Cheers again!

Hi, really enjoying the game but don't seem to be able to trigger the music change. I'm pressing the Playdate menu button twice, but the track doesn't seem to change? (v 1.0.21 from the Catalog)

An option to turn off music but keep sound effects would be great imho.

Loving it - the style and sounds are spot on, and definitely getting strong flashbacks to playing Helmet as a kid :) Nice work.

Gave this a run at the weekend, and it's a really intriguing little game. Always amazed that pulp can be this smooth! I can imagine extra UI tweaks might be good, like maybe flashing up platforms for a few seconds after landing on them to firm up the level layout in a player's mind. Looking forward to seeing where it goes!

Picked this up from the advent calendar and finding it a fun little game for a really quick gaming session. Love the music, but finding banks hard to find for some reason. Is the map generated randomly each play?

Ah this is so good! As a shmup fan, I really appreciate the right amount of, and patterns of, incoming bullets, and the balance between having to dodge and shoot accurately. The soundtrack adds the cherry on top too. 

It would be great if your own bullets just kept firing - they seem to stop if you don't move the crank, although perhaps I just need to stay on the run more ;)

The idea behind this game makes me laugh so much! There's also something quite ... zen about it, which I really enjoyed too. I'm definitely going to have to go back in to get past the Dodge minigame though...

Love this to bits, the movement is spot on. I'd also second just some basic timing stuff, I can imagine my family trying to go for the fastest attempt on each hole for hours 😁

Mysterious and amazing, haunting and unique. Like Oddness, reminded me of the anime Blame! at times, but more in feel and theme than anything else.

I also had some passages dropping off the bottom of the screen and only found the Settings menu afterwards. (I'd assumed it was because I was running under Wine on Linux...) Also small point - is Nettle misspelt as Nette in a few places?

This is amazingly well put together, and nowhere near enough comments here to push people into playing/reading/experiencing it. Well worth setting aside 15-20 minutes for, when you have the time and space to dedicate to it.

Just to say I'm running this via itch+wine on Linux (latest Ubuntu) currently. Had to kill it after switching to another window and back, but keyboard controls worked fine on first run-up.
