Jake Cremer is Managing Partner of Barbas Cremer, PLLC, where he specializes in land use law, environmental permitting, and property rights advocacy. A key contributor to Florida's Live Local Act — one of the nation's most consequential pro-housing supply reforms — he has helped shape and implement legislation that has expanded housing access across the state. He currently serves as lead land use and environmental counsel on over $1 billion in Tampa redevelopment projects and has drafted multiple enacted statutes covering property rights, exactions, and impact fees. Jake has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court on landmark property rights cases and is recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America.

Jason Sorens is Senior Research Fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research. He is a coauthor of a biennially revised book for the Cato Institute, Freedom in the 50 States (with William Ruger) and Principal Investigator on the New Hampshire Zoning Atlas. His research has focused on housing policy and land-use regulation, fiscal federalism, U.S. state politics, and movements for regional autonomy and independence around the world. He has taught at Yale, Dartmouth, Saint Anselm College, and the University at Buffalo and founded the Free State Project as a graduate student. He lives in Amherst, New Hampshire.

Kendall Cotton is the President & CEO of Montana’s Frontier Institute, a think tank he founded in 2020. Kendall developed his passion for serving his community while growing up in rural Florence, Montana along the banks of the Bitterroot River. He graduated from Florence High School and later earned a degree in Political Science from Montana State University. Kendall is a government relations professional with 10+ years of experience helping to shape Montana public policy, including recently serving on Gov. Greg Gianforte's Housing Task Force

I spent years fighting the government on taxes, regulations, and civil liberties. Then I realized the biggest fight was hiding in plain sight. The American Dream, the highest ideal of America,  is blocked. By zoning laws, permit bureaucracies, and local gatekeepers.

I'm David Rand, founder and CEO of Land Liberty Movement. I've spent more than a decade in professional activism, elections, direct and grassroots lobbying, media, and consulting in my home state of Montana.
