Jenny is a freelance dance teacher and has always been into fitness. Her fitness sessions combine different types of exercises and are designed to suit all levels of movers. You might be doing HIIT one day and dancing the next! The classes aim to be welcoming, fun and to build a community of lovely people. Come along with your friends, siblings, workmates or by yourself! Why not give it a go, have a laugh and get your endorphins going! Did you know Jenny also holds teaching qualifications in Acro, Yoga and Gymnastics too?!
