An initiative that aims to eliminate Neglected Tropical Diseases in Sudan to attain the Sustainable Development Goals | End the Neglect Initiative is a nonprofit initiative founded in 2023, that aims to eliminate Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in Sudan to attain the Sustainable Development Goals. The initiative works by raising awareness of people about the Neglected Tropical Diseases in the endemic areas in Sudan by conducting health education campaigns in public spaces, schools, and rural hospitals. The initiative also conducts research and field-based surveys to help understand the epidemiological, social, and health characteristics and impact of the Neglected Tropical Diseases in the endemic areas to eliminate them.
