Approximately 1200 calories per day, high protein, low carbohydrate, and easy to prepare. Each day includes 4 meals.
Day 1
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato (2 eggs + 2 egg whites), 1/4 avocado.
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast (120 g) with green salad and 1 tsp olive oil.

Dinner: Lean ground beef (120 g) with sautéed zucchini and bell peppers.
