Where are you located? What is your service area?

I am based out of sunny Long Beach, CA (on Tongva/Gabrielino Land) and serve most of Los Angeles and Orange County.

Are you certified? What does that mean?

Although formal “certification” is fairly new amongst the birthworker community, it is standard practice now and I am indeed a certified birth and postpartum doula, as well as CLES (lactation education specialist). I have completed different “full spectrum” doula trainings with multiple organizations, since each one offers such a different experience; I do not currently offer any fertility related services, however I do have trusted, local recommendations available. Mentorship, shadowing, providing backup care, hands on training, and culturally relevant support has always been a core component of my personal learning experiences and support practices. I also uphold a Trauma Informed Care Certification, a Domestic Violence Advocate Certification (2x recipent, 1x facilitator), & SART cert.
