We had a rear window vinyl graphic installed by FASTSIGNS Sarasota in January 2024. It began peeling within four months and was reinstalled in May 2024 after the shop acknowledged an installation error. That second installation also failed, peeling again by October 2025.

So the same application failed twice in under two years.

For context, we have the same type of rear window graphic installed on five Ford F-150s by a different FASTSIGNS location. Those graphics have lasted four to six years with a single installation and no adhesion issues. This is clearly not a material limitation, but an installation and/or specification issue.

When we raised this and asked FASTSIGNS Sarasota to stand behind their work, they refused to refund or replace the graphic at no cost, citing internal policy and a one-year installation warranty, despite acknowledging the repeat failure. Their proposed “accommodation” still required us to pay 80% of the cost to reinstall a product that has already failed twice in two years.

If a solution cannot reasonably last more than 6–18 months, it should not be recommended or installed in the first place. Standing behind workmanship matters, and in this case, FASTSIGNS Sarasota chose not to do so. We have taken our business elsewhere.

Scott, our sales rep with FastSigns was easy to work with and great at communicating each step through completion with a complicated, changing, multiple business order. The two installers, Cole and Kevin, were kind, quick, and did an amazing job. Thank you FastSigns for helping with our fleet lettering!!  We will continue with this company again for future projects.
