Academy Mentor Application
Academy Mentor Application
We are glad you have decided to apply to become a mentor through the Advance the Faith Academy.This is a volunteer position that requires about 2 hours of your time each week. Please take a moment to thoughtfully answer the questions in this application as thoroughly as you can. This will help us get to know you better and make sure that we can pair you with a mentee. Once you have completed the application & background screening (U.S. Applicants), we will schedule an orientation meeting with you. Once you are ready to proceed, we will arrange for you to complete 4 sessions of online training, along with at least two meetings with our mentor trainer. You will need to have access to stable internet and Zoom for the training. If you have previously been enrolled as a mentee, please note that there is a separate application for you to complete.
