This is application form to receive set of post pregnancy recovery exercises. You will receive 30 min introductory lesson on how to find and activate your pelvic floor and core for free. Link will be sent to you within 24h of completion the form (if demo class) OR within 24 after payment is processed in case of purchase of full set of classes. In 'preferred payment ' add potential preferred payment if applying for demo class only Access to the program is 6 month from the moment of purchase. You can request demo exercises for each program before you decide on which program to purchase. Once programs have been purchased there is no refund given. There is possibility to send two emails(alphaphysiocare@cytanet.com.cy) or two WhatsApp (99780862) messages with your questions re exercising. Please note, any individual consultation re suitability and individual post-birth recovery is paid separately. Exercises are provided in zoom recording format. Please complete the details below.

What's Included: TENS device 2 Leadwires Plus 1 Spare 2 AA batteries Neck Cord And Carrying Pouch FREE - A Women's Guide To Drug Free Pain Relief Instructions Large maternity pads 40mm *100mm Safety deposit: 80 Euros (refundable on return): Price: 60 Euros for 6 weeks (non-refundable) Safety deposit is withheld in full amount if any of the items in ‘what is included’ part is missing or is broken and in non-fixable condition (except batteries and pads). A charge of 10 euros a week is withheld from the safety deposit in case of delay to return the machine once 6 weeks have elapsed (+2 days for sending machine back if rentee lives out of Nicosia).
