It’s about to be a year since I met Andie, and I’m looking forward to conquer even more years as a fit person with her. When I first started my trainings, I noticed changes in me,in only three months, and that’s something not every trainer can make. I felt safe and well guided through my process. Patience and true care. She can pushed you to your limit without making you feel uncomfortable or under to much pressure.
