Conversationalists are a classic four-piece rock band from Nipaluna, Lutruwita (Hobart, Tasmania). After forming in 2023 at their high school, they found their footing in alt-rock, with some indie pop on the side to keep listeners on their toes. Through shifting dynamics between vocalists, they present a wide range of sounds throughout their sets, often ending up with a harsher tone by the end, vocalising the consistent need for female empowerment in the local and worldwide music scene.
