María Francisca Yañez, Ph.D., is Executive Director of the AI Hub at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where she leads initiatives connecting emerging technologies with academic priorities. She serves on the boards of Coca Cola Andina, Orión, IData, Conecta Logística, and Cenia—Chile’s National Center for Artificial Intelligence, promoting responsible AI integration across sectors. Her leadership emphasizes ethical, transparent, and impactful digital transformation. Previously, she was National Technology Officer for Microsoft Latin America, where she led the National AI Initiative and shaped the region’s cybersecurity roadmap.
