Happee Hearts Movement is a movement that was created by Dr. Chen Shiling to increase the awareness of this special population of people to the general public, and also to improve the provision and accessibility of healthcare services to all of the Intellectually Disabled in Singapore. IDHealth is a community-based, integrated health care team dedicated to serving adults with intellectual disability and their caregivers. It is operating from a fully licensed clinic in the Upper Thomson area with a core team of Drs, nurses, social workers, therapists and care coordinators.
