Learning Hub is a platform on Workday that provides easy access to learning content carefully selected by Aman’s Learning & Development team.
 
More than 300 courses are available across a wide range of fields, including operations, leadership, technology, business, wellbeing, and languages.
With various formats such as e‑learning, book summaries, and podcasts, you can learn easily at your own pace.

The attendance management system, "Kinro no Shishi," allows submission of applications for overtime, missed clock-ins, and various types of leave. Past attendance records and work schedules are also accessible for review through this system.

The online payslip distribution system, "Web Kyukincho," provides access to payslips and tax withholding statements. Employee codes and login passwords are included in the email sent to the address registered with SmartHR.

Applications to join the Staff College conducted by Azabudai Hills can be submitted by completing the designated form. Upon successful completion of the program, participants become eligible to receive special employee benefits through the Hills App.
