Built to make you stronger to be able to produce more force. Good for team sport athletes or anyone who is just looking to be able to get stronger, or even former athletes wanting to train like an athlete still. The first phase is meant to build muscle and prepare your body to be able to produce force at a fast rate (Power). For my athletes, there is a running aspect to this program designed to make you faster, if you would like to have that contact me.
