EDIT: Followed the link to have someone reach out and have called. The link said someone would reach out within 48 hours. It’s been almost a week. Customer service here is absolutely horrible, and clearly they do not care about their customers or their employees.

Tried to call and cancel my appointment same day, because I woke up sick and didn’t wanna pass that to staff. I was informed I’d be charged a fee due to massage envy policy but I could still come in sick if I wanted. Why does the company care more about making a few bucks than their employees health? I even offered a Dr note or to reschedule in the very near future. No manager on site to talk to. Staff said they had no number for massage envy corporate customer service or hr. What kind of company doesn’t provide its staff customer service numbers? Staff agreed with me that it is ridiculous they should have to sacrifice their health for companies profit. Not angry at staff for following policy, more frustrated that there is no one willing to hear my concerns and try and make it right. Crazy they would rather sacrifice a life long customer, over $65.

TL;DR: I would highly recommend Massage Envy in Indian Trail - the owner, front desk staff, and therapists are amazing!

The Massage Envy in Indian Trail is the best ME franchise I have had the pleasure of going to. The staff is friendly in a genuine and not over the top way and their therapists are wonderful as well. I have never experienced anything but amazing customer service, a relaxing atmosphere, and high-quality care here. I always have a great personal experience where I feel known/recognized and not just like I'm a phone number in a computer.

The massage was great. Conversation was the rt amount to make things comfortable and still there were times of quiet also. Great mix of the two. I felt great when I left. I would definitely suggest Douglas and visit again. Thanks.
