I have 3 polices with this company. They made it easy to obtain polices. I haven't had opportunity to use policies yet so I can't comment on this subject. But has for as payment method is easy and I get reminders of payment or non payment. I love this about them. So not having to surrender a policy yet I can only give 4 star. I did have an issue with one rep which didn't go well with updating my payment method but supervisor called me to apologize for that interaction which! I considered going above board for which I would give a 10 rating

I had a few questions in regard my policy. My questions were answered. She was professional, polite. They do have great policies For the right prices in your budget. I would recommend.
Contacting them and just seeing if that can help you out and finding apology that would work for you.

Globe life's whole life policy for my 3 youngest children has been with my family for over 13 years. It has performed exactly as promised and added a sense of security for my children from adolescence, through high school, and after college. It has always provided them security and gave me peace of mind. Globe life should be Global.

Due to unforeseen personal factors the policy lapsed and unfortunately my family member passed. The agent I spoke with told me how to proceed and the process was seamless. I'm grateful that it did not add to the stress of losing my loved one. This experience somewhat restored my faith in insurance companies and I WILL continue using Globe Life and also recommend them to family and friends.

The representative I spoke with was very professional and courteous. She was also very kind and patient. She assisted me through making a payment and also worked out a problem I'd been having in accessing Globe Life's website. She provided me with excellent customer service - I appreciated her attentiveness!
