Come join me on the Pilates mat! My name is Ally, I am a Physiotherapist from Northern Ireland living and working in New Zealand. I have specialist training in Reformer, Pre and Post natal Pilates. I am passionate about helping expectant mothers to exercise safely tailoring exercises to support the changes that occur in the female body throughout the pregnancy journey. In post partum recovery it is important to support your body with gentle exercise and movement and I love supporting mums giving them the support and guidance to do safely.
