Hey! Before we get started, I’d love to know a bit more about you: your goals, your current level, and what you feel is holding you back right now. This helps me understand exactly where you’re at and how I can support you best. We’ll begin with some simple testing to see your strengths and gaps, and from there I’ll create a personalised plan focused on three key things: positional strength, technical development, and body awareness. These are the foundations that help you move better, get stronger in the right places, and unlock higher-skill gymnastics over time. Most of our work together happens through video reviews so I can see how you’re actually moving and give you clear, actionable feedback.
