My name is Nikoletta Mitsoglou, born in Athens in 1996. I started pole dance at 17, attracted by the acrobatics and dynamic movement that fascinated me. What began as curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion. Over more than a decade, I’ve developed a style that blends strength, fluidity, and raw sensuality, with a special focus on exotic pole dance. I’ve competed and won multiple international exotic competitions, and also share my expertise as a coach and international judge, helping shape the art and standards of pole worldwide. In 2023, I founded Polexotica Dance Studio in Athens, a space where I teach pole, exotic, and flexibility with a focus on expression and empowerment. I am also the founder of Baddiecow, a bold pole wear brand that celebrates confidence, attitude, and self-expression, designed to let dancers move freely, feel powerful, and embrace their inner baddie.
