SAPHEL COUTURE — Design Consultation Policy

To maintain design quality, creative focus, and professional boundaries, SAPHEL COUTURE operates a paid design consultation structure.

All custom commissions begin with a private design consultation.

Consultation Fee: ₦50,000  
• Non-refundable  
• Non-transferable  

The consultation includes:

•      Style analysis and client profiling
•	Design inspiration and concept     development
•	Fabric sourcing guidance and recommendations
•	Measurements and fit considerations
•	Custom design sketch (pencil or digital)
•	Creative direction tailored to the client’s needs

Important Notes
	•	The consultation fee is separate from garment production costs.
	•	Payment of the consultation fee does not automatically secure production.
	•	Production proceeds only after design approval and quotation acceptance.
	•	Consultation fees are not deducted from the final garment cost.

Here is our process workflow,
1.	Inquiry
2.	Google Pre-Consultation Form (education + screening)
3.	Consultation fee payment (₦50,000)
4.	Calendly booking
5.	Consultation (video or in-person)
6.	Post-consultation summary email + design sketch + fabric direction
7.	Client signs approval + pays 80% production deposit
8.	Mockup (if applicable)
9.	Final production
10.	Balance (20%) paid before delivery/shipping

If any step is skipped → work stops.
